Former Indian Captain MS Dhoni has been playing cricket for 20 years. There have been many rumours about his retirement. Dhoni has made no statement about his retirement. The new BCCI president, Sourav Ganguly, said that he will meet cricket selectors & talk about whether Dhoni should continue playing or retire, and whether he is physically fit to continue playing. He will even talk to Virat Kohli and ask his opinion about whether Dhoni should retire or not. Virat has asked for time to think and will give Sourav an answer shortly. Many said that if Dhoni retires, Rishabh Pant should replace him. Because they are both equals. Ganguly said that Rishabh is not similar to Dhoni. He said that, if you think Rishabh can equal Dhoni in a few years, it is not possible. It took 15 years for Dhoni to become famous Rishabh Pant can not achieve that in just a few years. He can not equal Dhoni. Dhoni went on a break to relax after the World Cup. He did not participate in the West Indies and South Africa matches. Dhoni was initially going to take part in the Bangladesh matches in November. However he decided to extend his break and not participate in the matches. He will most likely play the T20 match against West Indies in December.
