Did you know you can claim the Age
Pension online from your computer, tablet or mobile phone. Make your life a lot
easier and use the online claim for Age Pension payments to free up your time.
Use your Centrelink online account or the Express Plus Centrelink app to lodge
your claim. You don’t need to finish your online claim in one session. Your account
saves your progress so you can come back and finish it later.
To support your claim we will need to know about your income and assets. We’ll
ask you to verify your bank accounts too. If we need anything else we’ll let you
know. You can give us your supporting documents online by uploading them to
your account using the document lodgement service. It’s as easy as
scanning or taking photo of the documents that you need. Submit your
documents within 14 days of starting your claim so that we can pay you from
the earliest date you’re eligible. Amy delay submitting supporting documents
may delay your payment. When you claim online you can track the progress of
your claim, there’s no need to call or visit a Service Center. You can check the
