I’m Sue Gordana. I’ve had the fortune of working with Fidelity Investments for 17 years. I currently lead a team that’s responsible for strategic partnerships at Fidelity to try to bring great value to our customers. I’ve built this team with people that I’ve worked for and with for years. Really collaborative, very smart, hard driven people, but also enjoy working with each other and really building trust and integrity. So the Pan-Mass Challenge is something I’m really passionate about. It’s raising money for cancer research and treatment, 700 million dollars since it began. It’s a bikeathon, so it’s two days, 200 miles from Sturbridge, Massachusetts to Provincetown, Massachusetts on the Cape, and it’s something that’s just a rewarding experience. Over 40 of my Fidelity colleagues also ride, so it’s an opportunity to do something special with our athletic abilities and also give back to something that’s really important. I’m really proud to be and RIT alumna. It’s an institution that has such great brand recognition. I love the fact that at RIT, I was in the math department, but I actually got to be exposed to courses from the different departments. Engineering as a matter of fact, and physics was one of my hardest classes, but it was a great basis for a lot of things. It taught me to persevere and to be patient and to embrace learning. I had a great time there. It’s served me really well in my career and my additional studies. I wouldn’t change a thing. I’m very proud.
